that’s a cold water pot filler, very nice home, please install a backflow preventer on your main water inlet. The boiler valves don’t have them if you lose pressure your water will backflow into your well or whatever bulk tank. Not a criticism.
Looks like a DIY pot filler so you don’t have to carry heavy pots of water from the sink. Interesting approach to loft access, kind of a ladder/stair hybrid.
This is one seriously groovy house! Love that sink to bits and pieces. That stove kicks butt, I cant believe you are off grid with a stove like that. Is it propane? I hope you guys put in a vent fan. Love the kitchen cabinets, the file box, the spaghetti pot faucet. I usually love the corrugated metal, don’t care for it in the kitchen this time, but it is easy to clean in a kitchen. And a proper bathroom vanity with a face bowl. I am always pro face bowl. love the bathroom with the tub. I love your pets too. 2 huskies with the outdoors as your playground, that has to be loads of fun.
What is the pipe that comes out over the stove for?
My guess is that it’s for filling up pots, etc 馃檪

My guess would be, to fill pots with water for Pasta and such, easier than carrying the pot around from the sink to stove

The pipe that comes out over the stove is a Hot Water Tap likely hooked up via Hot Water on Demand driven by the solar panels. 馃檪
Likely the pipe is for filling pots or kettle with water…

Lot’s of space for all those hung up clothes love the kitchen!
GORGEOUS!!!!!! The stairs are a bit rough looking and might be harder for older buyers given that they are not standard steps.
