Hi Tiny House Swoon, I have been a fan of yours since you started out. As you might be able to tell we have been in the TH game for a long time also. I am Andrew Pleban owner of American Tiny House and would be honored if you were to include some photos of our builds.

  1. This is SO adorable. I love the clever use of space.

  2. Vous pourrez ouvrir et fermer ces pétales en fonction de la lumière, de la
température et de vos envies. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1RTF0B9DSg

Gotta admit I would need a safety railing in the bed loft, and stairs. Concerns me that safety has got to be more of a priority with tiny houses on wheels, if we want the powers that be to be more open with making them legal everywhere.

  4. Why not move the washer/dryer 2 steps over and extend the closet? Seems like wasted space!

    • These guys have been building tiny for a long time. They don’t make rookie mistakes like waste space. If you take a proper look, you will see there is a vent to the right of the washer.

Love this one! I do agree with Beth Grant Deroos, however, about installing safety railings in the loft. I am very pleased to see a staircase in this one.

  6. This is fabulous! Do I recognize the WA State Ferry? :+)

  7. Yeah, banister and loft railings plz! Otherwise another THN creation where genius magician guy and co.made a cosy, inviting space. Love the green, too.

  8. Love it! However, I agree with the railings.

  9. Installing a reflective surface on the low kitchen ceiling is an excellent idea to give the allusion of more height.
