I went to the architect’s site and here’s the information: The unit sold for around $60,000.00, ten years ago in 2003. It is OFF GRID. The outhouse is located a very good walk away from the home, as witnessed in the photos.
I love the house except for the lack of interior bathroom.
How much would this model cost and what would delivery be? and I didn’t see the bathroom. oh never mind yes the outhouse. without an interior bath, I would have to think hard about it.
