I have a Tiny House Swoon submission for you that might be old, but is also new again. Although Dee Williams’ tiny house was one of the first ones out there I’m not sure if it’s ever been “Swooned”, and we just released building plans for it this past week. In an era when tiny houses are getting bigger and bigger, we know a lot of folks just want something simple and affordable. Dee’s 84 square foot Kozy Kabin may be the back-to-basics house they’re looking for.
After living there for 12 years, Dee just gave the house to her nephew, a recent college graduate and outdoor professional, so offering the plans for sale is part of her way of sending the house off with a bang.

I think this design would benefit by having a sliding door that could serve both closet and toilet to lend an option of privacy.
