I like the overall layout and materials, except for the bathroom. It appears from the photo that the bathroom is open to the kitchen and glass door with no way to close it off.

Cute! Nice incorporation of a staircase without it dominating the room. And a spacious bathroom.
Nice and bright, and about the only TH I’ve seen with privacy/light treatments for the windows – the first thing I look for as I cannot stand the idea of light shining in/prying eyes peering in at night.
Very well done. The floor plan is different and makes sense. All in all an excellent use of space. The dog is adorable, too! ☺

I love the wrap-around staircase leading up to the master loft and I love the bookcase backstop headboard that faces out over the downstairs. It gives a very nice orientation for the master bed. However, I don’t care for the open floor plan of the lavatory; especially with the back door facing into it with a half-glass door. This looks like a very nice home and I hope you will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
