  1. Lovely! The only thing that is a bit worrisome is the wood burning stove so close to the wall and those curtains.

  2. That’s a ship’s woodstove, used on schooners up here in Maine. Very small, but safe and effective.

  3. I wish EVERYONE in the world had housing that was this nice!!!!!! This is all anyone needs. You have created the whole package!

  4. I have yet to install the stove and I plan on adding a metal backing on the wall and will keep the curtains far from it when its being used. Thank you

  5. Thanks so much for all the detail you shared in the vimeo. And the beautiful job you did on the tiny house. Can you tell me the dimensions for the floor plan? I live in Amherst, MA. right now…plan a move perhaps to Oregon and see myself in a tiny house along with a yurt for a dance studio. Your tiny house is an inspiration! Many thanks! Ziji Beth

  6. I have looked at a lot of pictures of Tiny houses and I really like yours. Looks good, practical, and well used space. Thanks for sharing!

  7. Awesome. How did you get started? I have designed homes on paper – never built any – but might consider – if there was a step-by-step way to go about it, as to figuring amounts of wood needed and such for framing and whatever else one desires. I have helped in restoring my older home I once owned – so I am no stranger to hammer, nails or even finishing sheetrock. Thank you for allowing us the glimpse into your place – and your thoughtfulness in planning it all.

  8. I too have looked at so many of these tiny houses and yours really ticks all the boxes! Good job! And thanks for sharing.

  9. Hello! I am writing using google translator. Sorry errors.
I live in the interior of Brazil. I would like to build a tiny house same as yours.
Could you tell me the width and the length of your home?
Thanks for sharing, it is beautiful! Congratulations!
    I look back anxiously.

I’m considering building one on a permanent piece of land that I own. Are you licensed to build in Nebraska?

Very nice. I would need two recliners in an attached glass enclosed room, however. Perhaps a sliding door in one wall, leading to that.
