This is spended!! I love the serenity of this little home, but no cooking space, no shower? One could not spend much time there without those comforts and necessities.
If it has electricity the heating and cooling would be no problem. I would like to have a kitchen even if it is a tiny kitchen also. Most of the time I would cook on my grill. But during bad weather you also need to eat then.
