For the beds I would move them down into the room so they can be side by side to make a larger bed. There is room to do this without interfering with the center door or the door to the outside.
Where is the bathroom/shower? There’s a photo but it’s isn’t in the bus that I can tell.

In the first picture in the upper right corner there is a piece of roof seen. Maybe they have a separate shower/bathroom in that building.
