I am the director of a youth design/build program in Berkeley called Studio H. Our high school students design and build architecture projects each year, and this year, we examined public housing and built 2 tiny homes (identical), one of which will be donated to a transitional housing agency for the homeless, and one of which we are now selling via eBay auction, ending June 11th.
