Hidden away in the secret garden of Kinton Quarry, the ‘House-Box’ is a handcrafted haven with panoramic views over the surrounding Welsh hills. Originally a vintage Bedford TK horsebox, it’s been converted into a fantastically homely space (in fact it did start its new life as a full time home), with reclaimed materials throughout and a plethora of interesting objects that each has its own story.

Wonderful place! However, you’re going to burn your convection fan out if you don’t position it so the back of the fan is drawing cold air, not hot!
