Here are the pictures of our latest 32ft x 10ft wide tiny home. We are calling it the Ventana because of the windows. This home is going to the Santa Cruz area in CA for a family of 5. Main level bedroom with a loft space for two kids above the master, and 1 child in the loft over the bathroom. Full tub in the bathroom, washer/dryer combo, fold down table for 5, full size fridge and range and convection microwave, butcher block counters with build in cutting board over the sink. Bamboo flooring and a ton of big windows. This home also has a 1.5kW solar system.
A 320 square feet tiny house with separate downstairs bedroom. Built by Alpine Tiny Homes in Vineyard, Utah.

This is beautiful. The downstairs bedroom makes it for me!
Love it! What is the cost of the Ventana as shown in this post?
As built what was the cost of this home??
Best tiny house floor plan I’ve seen. How much for this plan?
This tiny house is almost an exact copy of Escapes ONE XL, which I have been following for awhile, Slightly wider at 10′, but exact same layout, even window placement.
I would like to
This is really nice. Great use of space and plenty of storage too.
Love what I can see and figure out. When you just post close-cropped pics – you should also add a floor plan so we can tell what’s located where. Maybe I can find more pics somewhere.
You can find the video walk through of the home on the Youtube page.

it looks nice, but I wonder why they didn’t use sliding doors for the downstairs room, and a bifold for the closet (or is it a bathroom?) in the downstairs room. And what about the blank space (I assume, it’s not too visible) above the kitchen cabinets?
This is really nice. 🙂
I’m interested in purchasing this Tiny Home. If you could I’d like too get more detailed pictures and the asked price for it. Can you please contact me at 906-250-7543 thank you!
