I love Tiny House but the older people or a disability persons for low income/fixed are living environment (no rails, high steps and/ladders) are difficult. I’ve searched from tiny houses, but it’s very few.
I like the appliances. Laundry is a fact of life. also like the seating, sleeping area on the main level because it looks so comfortable.. the loft looks like a comfortable cave/nest. Good places to read.
Love the bed downstairs with storage. Table and chairs. Comfy and practical. Is there a fridge? The upstairs loft could handle dormers even if you do not sleep up there. Especially if you do.
