  1. love the interior of this one and ‘less house, more home’

  2. A tumbleweed painted white on the inside. Very pretty.

  3. My question is how to keep the water heater supply lines from freezing in the winter??? And, why is the tankless water heater so big? My water heater is small enough that it barely takes up any room in my tiny bathroom (4.5′ x4′) and thats with the exhaust pipe and all!!

    • For a small company built tinyhome these (I have to say) are waaay better priced than the majority! The floor plans are similar to many but, well executed. Overall, as much as I gripe about tinyhouse companies, I think that this one has a decent price and is a good design, has a lot of room for customization , and is in a position to blow away the competition!:-)

    • Hi @Gunguru01! I’ll have to check out that water heater you’re talking about. We chose this water heater because it can pump out 6.6 gal of hot water per minute and holds it’s warranty even if installed on a mobile structure. We have not had an issue this past winter in NC with the water lines freezing, but it would be a good idea to insulate them. Thanks for the feedback!

  4. How do you get to the bed?

  5. Hats off to you. Love the white on white on white. I guess I am always wondering where do all the clothes / jackets/ shoes go in tiny houses like these? I see the lovely small cabinet next to the door.. and perhaps the baskets above the door? Not a criticism, just curious!

  6. I’ve never been prompted to reply before: You have got everything right. Thank you so much for your very hard work. Thank you also for inspiring others, who need it. If I could live in your tiny house, I would; DIRECTLY.

  7. This is stunning! Love how the white makes it look more spacious.

  8. Beautifully decorated. The bedroom is spectacular—-but how do get up there?

I like this design very much, but I’m virtually blinded by the white; it needs more color and vibrance to be more appealing to me. Whoever made this: good job!

Beautiful little home! It has a real kitchen and a real bathroom–actually liveable. Well done!!

Much of the comments above apply. Obviously no one is living in this right now. WHY such a huge fridge!?

  13. Hi Suzanne, thanks for the question! We set the large fridge in there to show this model fits a full size fridge if it’s something you value. If not, that’s just more room for other things!

  14. Love, love, love this! I do have some questions though. First, is there a bathroom sink? Also, would it be possible to have some sort of stairs instead of a ladder? Maybe in place of large fridge? Would a large pickup truck be able to pull this model? Thanks!

    • Hi Judy, sorry for the late response! this model does not have a restroom sink, but you can add a toilet tank sink or stretch the restroom out if that’s important to you 🙂 yes we just designed one for another customer who preferred stairs and downsized the fridge to fit underneath them. Lastly, you will need a 3/4 ton truck to pull this house. it weighs about 9K LBS.
