  1. I am drooling. This place is ideal! I especially love the first picture, where you can catch a glimpse of the large house next door. Your house just screams, “freedom”!

  2. Thank you for featuring my tiny home. Please give a hand for my dad who was the photographer.

  5. This is my all time favorite tiny house yet! Fabulous kitchen, but it’s all great looking…just what I’d want for myself.

  6. This is really cool, Love the coloring choices as well…

  7. What a refreshing interior! Did you paint over the normal pine interior boards or? Really cool.

  8. I am in love with this Tina house. It is so my style.

  9. EASILY ONE OF THE BEST TINY HOUSES I HAVE SEEN. GREAT JOB!
WHERE DO YOU DO YOUR WASHING?

  10. Thank you so much for the kind comments. Well, now that all is exactly how I wanted it to be, I will be selling The Shoebox, turnkey, for $28,000. My health issues have unfortunately come to a head before I had expected.
The home comes with a new Flatscreen, Sony Blue Tooth DVD player, cable/satellite ready, heated plank floors, bar sink, instant on demand hot water, granite counter top, sofa that offers a front- drop down/up section for overnight guests, plus LOTS of storage inside the sofa, a side table and lamp, storage table in kitchen, gas stove top, electric stove top, Kenmore Elite Convection and microwave oven, Vissani Studio fridge/freezer, 2 storage pantries, spray in foam insulation, custom room darkening window shades, full length mirror, 1 loft w/two storage lockers and new twin mattress ( a full size can be used in the loft) functional octagon loft window, loft reading lights, living room lighted ceiling fan, shower, compost toilet, shelving, exterior cedar sealant, large fold up deck, deck fencing, 2 front porch lights, 5 LED exterior wall mounted quality solar security motion lighting. 2 per side, 1 in back. Approx. 24-26 outlets, 10,000 btu a/c unit, gas heater, all kitchen ware, CO2 detector, and decor included. 1 large exterior patio box for tool storage which can be slid in the front door when travelling. It’s been one incredibly freeing experience that if I had to do it all over, I would without a doubt! FYI- Farm Bureau Insurance charges me $55.00 per quarter for $30,000 in homeowners insurance. If you plan to travel with it or pull it to another permanent location an insurance rider would be wise. 🙂 Perfect for a college student versus a dorm room plus they get to keep it or sell it after college! Was also perfect for my being newly single with a small dog, at 43yrs old! I LOVE LOVE my tiny house and hopefully someone else will too! Feel free to contact me at [email protected]
Thank you Steven for featuring my home.

  23. Where is this BIG home located? I like it!!

    • Thank you… finally an interior thats NOT all (knotty wood) everyware. !!
I’m designing mine (right now) and I’m going for a nice bright interior I’m so inclined to incorporate mirrors into the space. Also I will be installing a rather large window so I can merge the (visual effects) of the exterior with my interior environment. I must say your cottage looks spacious with it all white like that; great job !!

  24. It’s for sale $28,500 More upgrades added. No land, no financing 🙁
I love this home but a life change makes it a little tooo small 😉
    [email protected]

Delivery- $2.50/mile $100.00 pick up from selling site and $100.00 Drop off and set up on buyers land (well worth it)

  25. Great home!
You have been able to combine character with function and independence.
What is the name of your heating stove?
I’m going to build one for my self after 20 years of building houses for many other people.
    Thanks Again
    And Great Job!

  26. all looks good except bathroom way to small

  27. Small but beautiful. Simple lifestyle, that most people prefer to live in.

  28. A place to hide away and write. Perfect.

  29. its interior is nice!

  30. Very good crib !

  31. Really love the interior!

  32. An excellent place for a bachelor OR to get away from the wife for a few days.

  33. Amazing interior design ! good arrangement of necessary items , love it

  34. The modern man’s version of “MAN-CAVE” because I am sure that’s his real house next door. 🙂

  35. I guess someone could buy one of these as a “roughed out” unit, then i could finish it to the point that it suits me. I have 4 Belgian Malinois’ Dogs that patrol my 33 acre fenced parcel behind the main house where my horses are kept and few other animals that require a keen powerful protector from Coyotes, but in the daylight hours they need a place to sleep and stay cool (AC-heat) and to get out of the elements when they come rolling in, and I’m thinking one of these would work famously..

  36. Small, but warm. I like it!

  50. A very nice modern looking place. A marvel how you fit everything in there! This should draw more attention as usually homes are never this small. -Jackson
