Wonderful floor plan and execution in building. I especially like the kitchen setup and use of space. The only thing I’d change is 1′ more headroom in the loft area. I don’t know how tall the building is now, but it appears you could go 1 more foot with no problem. That 1 foot more in the bed area would make a world of difference.

This might be fine if you’re very young; there is no comfortable place to sit. I can’t sit in a wooden chair very long.
