  1. An incredible liveable home! I love it, this is a realistic place where a family could live!

  2. Love this, so open and inviting.

The nursery was astonishing! Love the entire set up and when I got to that photo it blew my socks off!

Great modern architecture and design, but the loft ceiling is way too low. You could not even sit up to read a book in that loft – lost me these.

    • We actually can sit up in the loft, even being 6’4″ tall on top of a 10″ mattress. It’s a shed roof so the bed-end is taller than the entry side.

  5. I love the open layout and amount of available light. Very appealing. Great for a permanent home but would also make a perfect vacation cabin.

  6. I love this small space. What would be the approx. coast?

  7. Beautiful and functional Design!!! I’ve looked at a lot of floorplans and liked bits and pieces of each. This home has it all! Great JOB!

  8. Okay…you swooned me……beautiful layout!

  9. Very nice! Perfect size. Real steps to the loft. A huge amount of windows… and a most lovely setting.

  10. A fantastic house that people actually live in! So many posts are of just built, never occupied builds so you have no idea if they’re really functional long term.

  11. I like this home. This is what I am looking for in a Tiny House.

Also, love the stairs instead of a ladder.

    Good job!

  12. The tiny house with 400 square feet can you get someone to build it for you or do you have to do it yourself

very close to perfect workable for a couple and a small child. when the little darling makes 5 yrs, send him upstairs to sleep and mama gets the room with a door.

  14. How much does something like this cost?

  15. Wonderful!

  16. So open and airy! For me though, I’d like some more closed storage in the kitchen. It’s a little “here’s all of stuff” for me, but layout is awesome!

I would love to know the finished cost. Any guestimates out there.

    • It was about $58k

      • Thanks for the info Ben. What a GORGEOUS home! I have looked at so many tiny homes and always felt they were to small and cramped, especially to start a family. Yours has the perfect layout!!!! One thing I wonder about: it looks like you don’t have a communal dining area (dining room table), is that the case? I would consider this exact layout just with a fold out table in the living room under the horizontal shelves. Your taste is great, I love your decor too! Thanks for sharing!

Also, how was your experience with the company?

  18. Looks like the home is wider than the standard trailer (8.5′ wide). What are the dimensions?

  19. I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING ALL OVER NEW YORK STATE FOR THOSE COFFEE CUPS HANGING IN THE KITCHEN. WHERE ,OH WHERE, DID YOU BUY THEM?
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS HOME. EVERY INCH AND FOOT OF SPACE IS SO , SO, SO PERFECT. MAY I STEAL YOUR IDEAS FOR MINE? LOVE IT ,JUST LOVE IT SO WELL DONE AND WHAT IS THE SIZE ? LENGTH–WIDTH LENGTH??

This is the first time I thought I would love the house if I weren’t in a wheelchair. It looks upscale and affordable. Great Job!
