Thanks for the info Ben. What a GORGEOUS home! I have looked at so many tiny homes and always felt they were to small and cramped, especially to start a family. Yours has the perfect layout!!!! One thing I wonder about: it looks like you don’t have a communal dining area (dining room table), is that the case? I would consider this exact layout just with a fold out table in the living room under the horizontal shelves. Your taste is great, I love your decor too! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Elena- we actually do have a solution for the communal dining area. The coffee table raises up and folds out to create a big 6 seat dining table. Expand Furniture has some really great pieces that are multifunctional. That setup came with 4 chairs that we store in the close (they are about 2 inches thick to save on space).

The nursery was astonishing! Love the entire set up and when I got to that photo it blew my socks off!
Great modern architecture and design, but the loft ceiling is way too low. You could not even sit up to read a book in that loft – lost me these.
We actually can sit up in the loft, even being 6’4″ tall on top of a 10″ mattress. It’s a shed roof so the bed-end is taller than the entry side.
I love the open layout and amount of available light. Very appealing. Great for a permanent home but would also make a perfect vacation cabin.

So open and airy! For me though, I’d like some more closed storage in the kitchen. It’s a little “here’s all of stuff” for me, but layout is awesome!
